  1. I Get By With a Little Help From My Friends because I love a pastry twist. :) I like that idea someone else had to include some recipes, that would be an interesting read.

This week mine would be, “When I Free Time; A Love Story about Laundry”

I still think you should pursue the children’s book; your art has always had a whimsy that would be perfect for it. annnnd I’d be up for interviewing for co-author. poetry, humor and edumication coming “write” up. ;) but seriously, don’t give up that dream regardless of what typically happens. dreams are important for sanity.

  2. Please publish them all. But most especially “A Shower Would Be Good”. And the sequel Kedra suggested. I hereby swear in advance to buy them all.

  3. As a card-carrying member of the Society of Children’s Book Writer’s and Illustrators and someone who once spent a few months unsuccessfully peddling children’s picture book manuscripts, I can tell you that . . . they don’t want you to find your own illustrator if you are an author, but author/illustrators are actually preferred by publishing houses right now.

My book of this week would be . . . “This Isn’t Yelling. If I Were Yelling YOU WOULD KNOW. Oops.”

Frankie’s book would be . . . “I Stepped on a Pokey Stick.” It’s all he can talk about.

    1. I like “A Shower Would Be Good” and the sequel, “You Can’t Hear the Sink Overflowing When You’re in the Shower”.

  4. Those were great, Carolyn! I’d read any of them. But especially I Get By with a Little Help from My Friends. Even more especially if you included recipes. :)

  5. Hahaha these are hilarious. Mine would be
“All Mom’s Get Fat: Why Spending Two Hours Convincing Your Three Year Old To Put On His Underwear and Pants Will Do Nothing For Your Butt.”

  6. I’d read them all. Kindle version. Mine would be “do as I say, not as I do. A how NOT to book on parenting. “

  7. I’d read them all!

But #2 and #6 made me laugh.

You have a lovely family and I love your blog!

    Hello from Croatia! :-)

    1. P.S.

Oh, and the title for my book would probably be ‘Procrastination for Advanced Learners’.
